University of Redlands
As executive director of the Office of Career and Professional Development (OCPD) at the University of Redlands, Kelly Dries, Ph.D., oversees the integration of career education across campus, with the goal of creating an ecosystem for career development at the University. Since her arrival at Redlands in 2018, she has helped the OCPD implement more than six new programs to connect students to alumni and employers, raise more than $70,000 for career development, and integrate career into the curriculum with a unique, nationally recognized Career Faculty Fellows program.
